“Client/s” means any School, Academy or MAT and their representatives, who have a current contract with us for any of our services
“The Services” or “Our Services” refers to any of our services which enable you to access additional content on our website.

Please ensure you read these General Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy before using our website and services. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website.

Where there is a breach of these General Terms and Conditions the rights described in this paragraph are not The Schools People’s only remedy and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate in connection with such a breach.

These General Terms and Conditions of use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute you have which relates to these terms and conditions, or your use of www.schoolspeople.co.uk (whether it be contractual or non-contractual), will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Terms and Conditions in this agreement supersede any existing prior agreements. We may revise these General Terms, and/or accompanying policies from time to time.
