Chris has over 25 years of industrial relations and employment law experience, having worked across a range of sectors; he holds an MA in Industrial Relations and Employment Law and is working on a Ph.D. in the field.
Chris has found his professional home working with and for Schools and is a well-known figure in the education sector. Chris is renowned for his no-nonsense practical advice and guidance. He has experience of the entire gamut of Schools’ people issues, and a track record of creating and delivering solutions
Dee’s role includes a range of administrative, analytical and organisational responsibilities in relation to service delivery and development, marketing, project management. Prior to working for The Schools People, Dee spent 10 years as Head of Operations at the Open College of the Arts.
Dee holds a BSc in Archaeology and professional qualifications in Leadership, Management & Administration; Marketing, and Health & Safety (NEBOSH).
A member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Dee has achieved their Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe and Certified Information Privacy Manager accreditations.
