Staying Motivated and Destressing During the Summer Holidays

Schools Advisory Service (SAS), have launched the first in a series of  “Active Education” podcasts exploring diet, exercise and fitness for those who work in education.

In this first podcast, SAS personal trainer – Ed, and client – Josh (Head of PE at a school in Herts), focus on helping school staff find the motivation for fitness and how to sustain that activity during the summer break.

Drawing on their own experience, they also talk about the impact a fitness routine can have on your own mental health and wellbeing.
