3.3 We use Mailchimp to manage subscriptions to our newsletter and to dispatch our newsletter. Your data (first name, surname, Email address) will be shared with Mailchimp, a USA-hosted service which is signed up to the Privacy Shield Agreement. Mailchimp uses web beacons in every email sent on our behalf. Web beacons are tiny graphic files that contain unique identifiers that enable us to recognize when individual subscribers have opened an email or clicked certain links within the email. These technologies record each subscribers email address, IP address, date, and time associated with each open and click for a campaign. Mailchimp use this data to create reports for us about how an email campaign performed and what actions our subscribers took.
